I am a criminal defense attorney with over seventeen years of experience representing individuals in New York State and federal courts. My practice spans the full range of criminal matters, from misdemeanors to the most serious felony prosecutions. A significant portion of my work is devoted to homicide and other violent felony cases, where careful preparation, strategic litigation, and sound judgment are essential.

Throughout my career, I have represented thousands of clients, litigated cases through trial, and negotiated complex resolutions. I am particularly skilled at identifying and addressing the collateral consequences of criminal cases, including immigration consequences, employment and licensing issues, and long-term impacts on a client’s record and future. Effective defense requires not only confronting the charges themselves, but understanding how a case will affect a client’s life beyond the courtroom.

I am a graduate of Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where I earned my Juris Doctor with a concentration in Constitutional Law. I am admitted to practice in New York State courts, all federal district courts within New York, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
